A small ceremony took place yesterday (Thursday) afternoon in Wiggall's Yard for the naming of tug boat Margaret which had been renovated by the tug boat team.

A small ceremony took place yesterday (Thursday) afternoon in Wiggall's Yard for the naming of tug boat Margaret which had been renovated by the tug boat team.
A few brief speeches proceeded the formal naming. Our generous sponsor was on hand to reveal the name, following which, several bottles of bubbly were shared amongst those attending and also the hull of Margaret shared in the tipple..
It was a scorching hot day and we were glad of the shelter offered by a large mobile crane parked in the yard. Margaret is ready to go and has a provisional launch date of 23rd July.
